Your chances look pretty grim. Your GPA and SAT scores are on the low side, but luckily for you, your extracurriculars look solid. UVAs acceptance rate for out-of-staters is usually around 30%. You’re probably going to need to increase your SATs by at least 200 points and work on getting as high of a class rank as possible. One big thing you should do is really focus on your essays because UVA strongly considers essays when looking at applications.
