We carry a complete range of baseball gear including:

How do I choose the right size for gloves or protective gear?
We provide detailed sizing charts for all our gloves and protective equipment. Look for the “Size Guide” link on each product page. If you’re still unsure, our customer service team (all former players or coaches) can provide personalized recommendations based on your position, age, and skill level.
Do you sell team equipment packages?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (same day if ordered before 12 PM MST). Delivery times then depend on your shipping method:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! For urgent needs, contact our customer service team at [email protected] before placing your order. We can arrange expedited shipping options (additional fees apply) and will do everything possible to meet tournament deadlines or other time-sensitive needs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. For specific questions about shipping to your country, please contact our customer service team.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
Note: For hygiene reasons, footwear and protective gear may have different return conditions. Please check individual product pages for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Please do not send returns to our Phoenix address without authorization.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your gear, but if something arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
