Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Important Exceptions:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Catchers Gear (due to protective padding requirements)
- Protective Gear (helmets, face guards, etc.)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Training Equipment with removed safety tags
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (3209 Coplin Avenue, Phoenix, US 85017)
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- Original packaging
- All tags and accessories
- Copy of your packing slip
Ship using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item to US addresses.
International Returns Note:
Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using your local postal service with tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
