Shipping Information

Order Processing

We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We stand behind our gear like a catcher behind home plate. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Non-returnable items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Catchers Gear (protective padding requirements)
    • Protective Gear (helmets, face guards, etc.)
    • Footwear showing signs of wear
    • Training Equipment with removed safety tags

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your order number and purchase date
  • Details of items for return/exchange (product name, size/color, quantity)
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team (all former players who know gear) will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items including:

  • Original packaging
  • All tags and accessories
  • Copy of your packing slip

Important: Ship using a trackable method and consider insuring your package.

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval for credit card/PayPal refunds
  • Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item to US addresses.

International Returns

Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using your local postal service with tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
