4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

5.2 International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

5.3 Delivery Issues

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-returnable items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Catchers Gear (protective padding requirements)
  • Protective Gear (helmets, face guards, etc.)
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Training Equipment with removed safety tags

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return authorization

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6.4 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process. We’ll cover standard shipping costs for replacement items to US addresses.

6.5 Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective merchandise. Include photos of the damage and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
